Responsibilities before a problem occurs.

When it makes sense

  • Websites needing regular updates.
  • Stores with important daily operations.
  • Teams without an internal technical resource.

Platform, access, critical actions and the request channel. Coverage starts with an assessment of the current condition.

Change. Backup. Recovery.

The precise scope is defined in your project proposal.

Update / Check / Restore

The change is checked.
Recovery is planned.

An update is complete after important tasks are checked: a form, sign-in or order. The plan describes backups, access, responsibilities and when to escalate a problem.

Maintenance and SEO: monitoring broken links, redirects, indexing and technical changes. Content and SEO campaigns are included only within an agreed scope.

Coverage, clearly defined.

A specific proposal follows an agreed task. Where uncertainty is substantial, we begin with a separate discovery phase.

  • Platform and technical condition
  • Criticality of functions
  • Volume of recurring tasks
Optional additions
  • Content editing
  • Small improvements
  • Performance review
  • Additional security checks
What is agreed separately
  • Unlimited development
  • Automatic 24/7 guarantee
  • Licences and hosting outside the agreement
Your responsibilities
  • Required access
  • One channel for tasks and priorities
  • Change approvals

Before we talk.

How much does website maintenance cost?

Maintenance starts from €150 per month. The scope — updates, backups, monitoring and response time — is agreed individually with each client.

Is there a guaranteed response time?

Times and coverage are defined in the agreement. We do not promise a universal response time for every website.

Do you maintain websites built by others?

This may be possible after assessing access, platform and condition.

Where are you based, and do you work with clients outside Plovdiv?

We are based in Plovdiv, at 69 V Maria Luiza St. We work with businesses from Plovdiv and all over Bulgaria, as well as from Europe, in Bulgarian and English.
