FROM THE FIRST VISIT
One store.
A connected experience.
We design the whole journey, from the first category to a processed order. The design and the everyday work of the store are considered together.
Discovery
Clear categories, useful filters and search help customers find the right part of your catalogue.
A considered choice
Product information, variants, availability and clear delivery and returns information.
Ordering and management
Straightforward ordering for customers and organized processing for your team. Confirmation and error states are checked.
WHEN IT MAKES SENSE
- Brands beginning to sell online.
- Stores with a difficult catalogue or checkout.
- Teams connecting products with payments and delivery.
WHAT WE BUILD
From catalogue
to everyday operations.
The precise scope is defined in your project proposal.
Catalogue and structure
Categories, variants, filters and product information.
Design for purchasing
Product pages, basket and a readable checkout process.
Payments and delivery
Agreed providers, terms and test orders.
Management
Working with products, stock and orders.
Product SEO
URLs, metadata and structured data based on accurate information.
Purchase checks
Complete checks of ordering, messages and key errors.
VISIBILITY & MIGRATION
A good catalogue
should be discoverable.
Meaningful product and category URLs, individual metadata and structured data based on real information. Filters support choices without creating endless duplicate pages.
When migrating a store, we agree on data, important URLs, redirects and integrations. Search rankings and sales are not guaranteed.
OUR PROCESS
Clear decisions.
A checked path to launch.
First, agree on the task and responsibilities. Then build and verify the agreed work.
- 01
Understand the business
Catalogue, audience, sales, platform and existing systems. Agree what to preserve and what to change.
- 02
Shape the experience
Structure and design for categories, product pages and ordering. Each screen is considered for phones too.
- 03
Connect the systems
Development, content and agreed payment, delivery and management connections. Migration is planned separately.
- 04
Check and hand over
Test orders, availability, messages, failed payments and mobile screens. Access and working instructions are handed over.
SCOPE & INVESTMENT
A proposal
around your store.
Catalogue, integrations and business rules determine the work. A specific proposal follows an agreed task; substantial uncertainty may require a separate discovery phase.
- Catalogue size and complexity
- Integrations and migration
- Markets, languages and business rules
Optional additions
- Catalogue import
- ERP and warehouse integrations
- Additional markets and languages
- Subscription models
What is agreed separately
- Automatic creation of product data
- External transaction fees
- Guaranteed sales
Your responsibilities
- Catalogue, prices, variants and availability
- Delivery, returns and payment terms
- Agreements with payment and delivery providers
BEFORE WE TALK
A few useful
details.
Which platform should we choose?
The choice depends on the catalogue, management, integrations and budget. We clarify these needs before proposing a platform.
Can you migrate an existing store?
Yes, after evaluating the data, URLs and integrations. The migration scope is documented separately.
Is uploading products included?
Importing and preparing product data are specified in the proposal.
Where are you based, and do you work with clients outside Plovdiv?
We are based in Plovdiv, at 69 V Maria Luiza St. We work with businesses from Plovdiv and all over Bulgaria, as well as from Europe, in Bulgarian and English.
THE NEXT STEP
What kind of store
does your business need?
A new store, a redesign or connecting existing systems: begin with the actual task.
